WE WILL arrange with your lender to provide you with a preliminary estimate of closing costs and down payment requirements anticipated in the transaction.

Upon request, WE WILL provide you with the Coldwell Banker World Wide Web site address for you to view color photos and descriptions of any Coldwell Banker listed property on the Internet.
